Connect your own cloud before day 14 and you drop onto Starter, free, and carry on. Do nothing and your organization switches to read-only: you can still sign in, browse everything and download your files, but changes pause until you connect a cloud or pick a plan. Nothing is ever deleted.
You get two weeks to reconnect it or choose a paid plan, with a warning in the app and by email. After that the organization goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and reconnecting brings it straight back.
No. The item limit counts every item you have ever created, including ones you later sold, disposed of or wrote off — the count only goes up. Records are never deleted here, which is what makes the audit trail worth having, and counting them this way is what lets Starter be genuinely free rather than free until someone games it.
